She is a furious Goddess. Her name means frenzy or fury. In Irish Mythology she was a Goddess of war.She along with Babd, Morrigan and Macha formed the group of war deities who sometimes appeared as beautiful young women and sometimes as crows screeching over the battlefield.
She is said to be the wife of Nuada who of course was the leader of The Tuatha de Danann.
I tries to depict her here as a beautiful young women who is not as innocent as she seems on the outside. She is at home on the battle field reveling in the blood frenzy!

When I looked at this, my jaw literally dropped, not even kidding. This is truly beautiful! The different patterns, the hair, and the crow coming out of her hair just topped it all off. Not only that, but I 'm actually learning a lot about mythology from your pieces, which I love. Beautiful work
